Which LARC?

LARC stands for Long Acting Reversible Contraception which are methods of contraception which last more than a month.

LARCs:

• start working very quickly
• are completely reversible
• won’t affect your normal fertility
• are suitable for women of all ages including teenagers

These long-acting contraceptive methods all have the advantage that, once in place, you don’t need to think about them until they need replacing.

At 99%, they are more effective than any other form of contraception.
